The Role:
Elite Limited is seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and execute engaging social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, grow our online community, and drive meaningful interactions. The Main Responsibilities of the Position Include:
Managing and overseeing all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content to attract and retain followers
Developing social media campaigns that align with company goals and drive audience growth
Monitoring social media trends, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies
Engaging with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to create high-quality visuals and content
Staying up-to-date with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices
Main Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role
Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their algorithms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creativity and ability to produce engaging content tailored to different audiences
Basic graphic design and video editing skills are a plus
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for better engagement
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or in a team
